What is your late policy?

For your safety and for the other clients, if you are more than 5 minutes late you will not be allowed to take the class. If you are late and there is a waitlist, your spot will be given to the standby waitlist client if they are at the studio on time.

What is the waitlist policy?

If you are on the waitlist and are at the studio and there is a machine available at the start of class you will be able to take class.

If the class you want to attend is full, join the waitlist. To join the waitlist you must have a class credit in your account.

If a spot opens up, you will be notified by email. To receive these reminders, your Mindbody profile must be set to accept notifications and reminders.

You can remove yourself from the waitlist up to 12 hours before the class starts. Within the 12 hour window no further clients will be added from the waitlist. Please be sure to remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer plan on joining the class — if you are pulled off the waitlist and don’t show up for class, you will lose that session or be charged a $25 no show fee.

To check your waitlist status, go to your Mindbody account, My Info, then My Schedule. If you want to remove yourself from the waitlist make sure you do so before the start of class.
