Is Lagree Fit right for me?

How old do I have to be to do Lagree Fit?

Clients must be 18 or older. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to sign the waiver.

Can I do the workout if I am pregnant?

If you are expecting, with any methods of fitness we recommend prior clearance from your doctor prior. Please arrive earlier to review modifications with your coach.

Can I do the workout if I have injuries or health conditions?

If you have any health conditions or major injuries, please seek approval from your doctor before taking a class and let the instructor know.

Attending a 415 Class

Do you offer walk-ins?

You may walk in if you already have an account or have enough time to sign up and pay online before the start of class.

How do I pay?

It is best to sign up on our website, mindbody.com, or download our Lagree Fit 415 app on Google or Apple app stores to sign up and pay for classes. We do not accept cash.

What do I do when I arrive?

When you arrive, make sure to check in with the front desk and let the instructor know if you have any injuries or underlying health concerns.

How early should I arrive for my first class?

You should arrive 10 minutes early to sign the waiver and let the instructor know it is your first time and they will go over the machine.

Do you require grip socks?

Yes, grip socks are required for all clients to attend class.

What happens if I miss my first class?

First time visits can be considered for a courtesy waive. Email our team at lagreefit415.com for assistance.

All bookings can be successfully cancelled prior to the 8hr time frame before your class. Late cancellations are subject to the $15 automatic charge. No shows are $25.

What should I bring to class?

Grip socks, water and a strong mindset!

Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.

How many times a week should I take class?

You should listen to your body but to see results we recommend 3–4 times a week for the best results.

Is there parking?

There is no assigned parking but there is metered parking in Mission Bay. Cal Train and Muni are nearby as well.

Is there more traffic on Giant game days and other events at Oracle Park?

Yes and please allow extra time if you are driving to the studio.

Do you have showers?

We do not have showers.

Are pets allowed?

Due to clients who have allergies, dogs and other pets are not allowed. Service animals are welcome.

Can you change ClassPass reservations?

Unfortunately we can not make any changes to ClassPass reservations.

Booking, Payment & Class Policies

How do I cancel a class?

Log in to your Mindbody account and go to My Info, then My Schedule, and then Cancel next to the class time. You can not make any changes within 12 hours of class. If you need to change a class please contact us at info@lagreefit415.com. You can sign up for one class per day (unlimited included).

What is your late policy?

For your safety and for the other clients, if you are more than 5 minutes late you will not be allowed to take the class. If you are late and there is a waitlist, your spot will be given to the standby waitlist client if they are at the studio on time.

What is your class cancellation policy?

We have a 8 hour cancelation policy. You can cancel without any fees or losing a class up to 8 hours before class. A cancellation less than 8 hours prior to the class will result in a $15 charge and loss of a class if you have a class package. If you no show, there will be a $25 no show fee and you will lose your class if you have a class package. We can not make any changes to ClassPass reservations as it is a different booking system. We do not allow clients to check in to class and not take class to avoid late cancel fees on ClassPass. New Client BOGO is except from this, but will result in the loss of class.

What is your membership policy?

In order to terminate a membership, you must email info@lagreefit415.com at least 15 days before your contract renews to avoid the $100 penalty fee. All memberships require a 3 month minimum agreement and the 15 day notice mentioned above.

What do I do if I need to cancel my membership before the 3 month commitment is up?

There will be a $100 early termination fee applied. Email info@lagreefit415.com for assistance.

What if I need to freeze my membership?

Membership holds are $25. Email info@lagreefit415.com to connect with a team member.

Other Terms & Conditions

Instructors and class times are subject to change without notice. Please check the website for the schedule. If no one is signed up for a class 4 hours before the class, the class is subject to cancellation.All class sales are final. Classes are non-refundable or transferable.
