Lagree Fit 415 is located in the heart of Mission Bay in San Francisco. Our goal is to build a dynamic community and to give our clients an efficient and challenging full body workout in just 40 minutes. Our classes are intimate and our instructors will give you personalized instruction with focus on your form. We believe in working hard, having fun and seeing results.

First Time Client Month Unlimited

1x visit per day. Starts on date of first booked class. All classes are subject to our policies.

How should I prepare?

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early if it is your first time at our studio in order for the instructor to go over how to use the machine. If you arrive right at the start of class or are late we will not have enough time to go over the machine and for safety reasons you will not be able to take class.
  • Wear comfortable athletic clothing
  • Bring sticky socks - don’t worry we also sell them for $10 or $15 at the studio! We require sticky socks for safety and sanitary reasons.
  • Please make sure you have signed the waiver (you will receive it to sign electronically.)
  • Please bring a water bottle pre-filled.
  • Please bring a towel if you use a towel when you workout.

During your class:

The entire class will be performed using the patented M3S Megaformer machine. Each class is a different full body workout using your lower body, upper body and abs.

Your coach will explain how to do each exercise. Be sure to listen closely and don’t be afraid to ask questions! The coaches are here to help and can even correct your form if needed.
