Studio Policies

Our important policies at Lagree Fit 415.

Cancellation policy for all class packages and memberships

No changes/adjustments can be made within 8 hours of your class booking

You may cancel a reserved booking without a charge up to 8 hours prior to the scheduled class time. All changes made prior to the 8hr cancellation window will have the class credit placed back into the account for use and no fees will be processed

Any cancellations within 8 hours of the class start time will result in a $15 automatic charge and loss of class credit if you have a class package. If you late cancel a class on a Class pack and want to attend a later time, this will use another credit in your pack in addition to the $15 late cancel fee

A no-show without cancellation will result in an automatic $25 charge and loss of a session (if client has a class package). Please note that no changes can be made to reservations within 8 hours of the class start time. The New Client BOGO is exempt from any additional fees, but will result in the loss of credit

To cancel a membership, email info@lagreefit415.com at least 15 days prior to your next renewal date. Note that all contracts require a minimum 3 month commitment and are subject to the $100 early termination fee if you opt to terminate prior to the 3 months. All terminations requested within 15 days of your next renewal date are also subject to the $100 fee. All contract termination requests must be sent to the email above as they are required to be submitted in written format

Holds & Extensions

Traveling on vacation? Hold fees are $25 and can be processed by a team member by emailing info@lagreefit415.com.

Expired credits? Extension fees are $25 and allow for 10 extra days use. Email a team member at info@lagreefit415.com.

First time to class

Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts to go over how to use machine. We sell sticky socks for $10.  If you are late to your first class and class has already started you will not be able to join for safety reasons. We will give you your class back so you can come again.

No Children under the age of 16 and no pets please. Thank you for understanding.

Late policy

- New clients must arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the class start time in order to attend

- Existing clients: Arrivals 10 minutes past the start time are not permitted due to safety

- Classpass clients: Please note that we are unable to adjust / modify any Classpass reservations on our end. Please reach out to Classpass with any questions.

Pregnancy

We welcome pregnant clients, however we ask that you get approval from your doctor before taking classes to avoid any risks. For more information on Lagree Fitness and pregnancy, read our resource article here.
