Esther Ko

Esther is a California native who spent most of her time in Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. As a long time fan of lagree and client at LF415, she strives to share her learnings through diverse and effective routines. When she's not teaching, you will most likely see her taking class alongside you!

Outside of the studio, you can find her strolling near the coast, exploring new restaurants and stores, playing board games, and spending time with her dog and cat.
