Meet Ryan Diers, a State College, PA native who proudly carries that Nittany Lion grit into everything he does. A longtime fitness enthusiast and personal trainer, Ryan discovered Lagree and was instantly hooked by its intensity, control, and reputation as the ultimate full-body workout.
